You all know my love for Quotes. Every month I try to collect and share with you the best ones that inspire me and ignite my soul, in the hopes that they may do the same for you.

This month I am focusing on Self Compassion as a means for personal healing. Compassion in general is such a healing force all on its own. But when you redirect that compassion to the self, the healing is exponential. For only when we are healed, can we help to heal the world around us.

So without further ado, here are some of the most healing self compassion quotes from some of my all time favorite books and authors. Read them, absorb each thought and then allow yourself to heal through these quotes.
